Recovering your username or password

If you or your member has forgotten either your login name or password, it will be sent to you automatically if you can remember and have access to the email address that is listed on the account.

1.	Access the login page.

2.	Click Forgot your password?

3.	Enter the email address that is listed on the account.

4.	Click Get Password.

5.	An email will be sent to the email address that is entered and will provide the login and password associated with that email address.

If the email address entered is not listed on any member or staff in the database, then an error message will appear. “Unable to retrieve login information for ____. Please contact your association’s representative for login information.”

Notes:

When the request is entered on your own login page ( /login vs. using chamberlogin.com or app.memberzone.com), the reminder email will return logins for only your database.

If the request is entered on the “generic” login pages of http://www.chamberlogin.com or http://app.memberzone.com, then the reminder email will return all logins available in your database and in any other database that this email address has been listed.

Logins will be returned for active members only.
