Software Update June 2017

This maintenance release includes a variety of fixes and updates that will improve platform stability, maintain compliance with industry standards, or tweak existing features to provide a smoother user experience.
Rep Display Preferences
  • Access to all the Rep Display Preferences are now available to staff in the back office on the Members->Reps tab without having to impersonate the rep to access those choices in the Member Information Center.  Remember that defaults for these settings can be specified under Setup->Define Default Rep Preferences.
Email
  • Email sent using the "Send with Outlook" selection, will no longer allow the archive@ email address to be processed since the archive feature is already inherent in this choice.
  • The BCC and CC fields are now updated to allow 1000 characters, making it easier to include more addresses if needed.
Reports
  • If your selected date format is dd/mm/yyyy, the following reports will now honor that selection instead of defaulting to mm/dd/yyyy format. 
    • Member reports: Member Listing by Drop Date, Member Listing by Join Date (Original/Old Version), Membership Drop Analysis, Member Retention Summary, Membership Growth Report, Member Record Update report (Member Update Activity report)
    • Event reports: Event Invoice Status, Event Activity Summary, Event Attendance Summary – Members, Event Attendance Summary - Non-Members, Event Summary Listing
Events
  • Improved SEO rankings for your events are more likely with modifications made based on Schema.org. For best results with your public event listing, please ensure all your events have information entered into the Location Description field and include a Google Map address or Uploaded Image in the Photos & Images section on the Events->General tab.
Membership Application
  • Phone numbers that are collected during the application will now format use the system default formatting setting.  
Bill Pay
  • When clicking the Bill Pay link in an email sent to a member, if they do not have a login to the organization, the member will be rerouted to the login screen specific to the organization that sent the bill where they have the opportunity to create their own account if the organization allows that action.   Hint: Enable the setting, "Allow representatives to create a login/password from the Login screen." under Setup->Association Options and Settings.
Integrated Billing
  • The downloaded CSV file for the Monthly Renewals Batch Type on the Billing->Invoices tab will now display the Bill-To Override if applicable.
  • Journal Entry Exports deposit entries that include negative amounts in the debit or credit column against an account will now appear as a positive amount in the opposite debit/credit column.
  • The Credit Card Listing report download was updated to appropriately include the Billing Transaction # in the column which matches what displays in the on-screen report.
Info Request
  • Fixed issue where files larger than 2 MB were not able to be uploaded when editing a downloadable publication; Max size is now 45 MB which matches the max size for publications when adding for the first time.
Time Zone
  • Customers in time zones where Day Light Savings (DST) time is not in effect have been updated to allow scheduling of emails on the current day.
Credit Card SmartCMS
  • Page titles may now include a + sign without error.
  • There is new ability to specify the number records that should be returned in the Site Search options.
SSL Support
  • The "Proud member of.." widget available to members under Company Info ->Membership Badge in the MIC will now appropriate generate code that will work on SSL sites.
GrowthZone Name Change
  • The words MemberZone and MicroNet were updated to GrowthZone in various locations in the software.
  • The email footer under Setup->Association Options and Settings in the Email Server Settings section has been updated with the GrowthZone references instead of Member Zone or Micronetonline.com
