If previously you used this to login as that member, you can still do that by clicking on the "Login" link next to the Rep's name above.
If the rep forgot their password, you can just reset their password to something simple so they can get in and then go change it. Or tell them to visit the login page and click "Forgot Password" to be sent a reminder. You can also send them a reminder email that contains their login & password using the mail merge fields or use the pre-defined template "Remind how to login to the Member Information Center".merge fields or use the pre-defined template "Remind how to login to the Member Information Center".
