If you or your member has forgotten either your login name or password, it will be sent to you automatically if you can remember and have access to the email address that is listed on the account.

Access the login page. |

Click Forgot your password? |

Enter the email address that is listed on the account. |

Click Get Password. |
5. |
An email will be sent to the email address that is entered and will provide the login and password associated with that email address. |
If the email address entered is not listed on any member or staff in the database, then an error message will appear. “Unable to retrieve login information for ____. Please contact your association’s representative for login information.”

When the request is entered on your own login page ( /login vs. using chamberlogin.com or app.memberzone.com), the reminder email will return logins for only your database. |
