System Requirements

Requirements exist for those who manage and operate the database on their computer (referred to as "Staff"). Those who access the database information from your public website (including you association's "Members") are not restricted by these same requirements.

  • Internet connection required (high-speed connection recommended)
  • Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9, Safari 6.1
  • Also accessible via Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS 7
  • MicroNet software mobile apps work with the iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets
  • Not all features are available on mobile devices
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
