Activate the Marketing Package Options for a Member

After the Marketing Package has been added to your database, indicate which member(s) should have enhanced Business Directory options by changing their Web Participation status to Enhanced.

If the Marketing Package selections are not currently available in your database (such as the Marketing tab or the Enhanced Web Participation selection) contact your Relationship Manager at 1-800-825-9171.

Enhance a member to include additional marketing options

1. Click Members in the left-hand menu.

2. Within the Members module, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Member name.

3. In the Member list, click the desired member name.

4. Click the Web tab.

5. Click Upgrade to Enhanced. Web Participation selections may be called Gold or Enhanced - - they will display the same features.

6. Click the Web Participation arrow in the Web Participation Options area.

7. Select Enhanced Package.

8. Click Save.
