Set Reps as Disabled

Find a new selection called “Disable selected reps” that displays on Roster tab in the Groups module.

Set a rep as “Disabled” to maintain a record of their past participation in the group.

Disabled reps display in a light gray color which identifies them separately from active and inactive reps.

Disabled reps are not included when this group is contacted through ChamberMaster.

Both inactive and active reps may be set as disabled.

Inactive reps, unless also disabled, are included when the group is contacted through ChamberMaster.

Reps may also be disabled from the Reps tab in the Members module.
