Request for Proposal Reporting

View RFP Annual Summary Report

1. Click Reports in the left-hand menu.
2. Type proposal in the Search by Keyword box.
3. Click Search.
4. The Request for Proposal Annual Summary report will appear in the Reports window.
5. Click the green arrow.
6. Select the desired report year in the year drop-down box.
7. Click View Report.
8. View the report on-screen or select one of the Save as selections to output the report into PDF, Excel, Word, Excel Palin/CSV or MHTML.

View RFP Detail Activity Report

1. Click Reports in the left-hand menu.
2. Type proposal in the Search by Keyword box.
3. Click Search.
4. The Request for Proposal Detailed Activity Report will appear in the Reports window.
5. Click the green arrow.
6. Select the desired filter options.
7. Click View Report.
8. View the report on-screen or select one of the Save as selections to output the report into PDF, Excel, Word, Excel Palin/CSV or MHTML.
