The Billing section is designed to assist in the setup and daily activities of staff/employees who use the Integrated Billing solution. Note: This this section is not intended for those using the legacy CQI integration.

Description: Do you need to get started with the Billing module? Learn how to setup your Chart of Accounts, fee items, and Sales Tax. FAQs

Q: How do I make sure that the member name in CM/GZ matches what I have in QB?

A: For QB Desktop users, the CUSTOMER NAME in QB must match the Company Name in CM/GZ. For QB Online users, the Display name as in QBO must match the Company Name in CM/GZ.
